These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services provided by Collegamondo S.r.l.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services offered by:

(hereinafter referred to as “Collegamondo” or “the Company”).
2. Scope of Services
Collegamondo operates as a tour operator and commercial intermediary, providing services for the organization, booking and intermediation of:
- tourism and travel services;
- ticketing services;
- ancillary and complementary travel services;
- logistical and operational services related to the provision of the main services;
- other commercial services consistent with the Company’s corporate purpose.
Services may be provided directly by Collegamondo or through partners, suppliers or qualified third parties.
3. Purchase and Payment Methods
Payments for services may be made through electronic tools made available by the Company, including (by way of example):
- payment cards;
- online payment systems;
- payment links;
- other authorized digital payment tools.
Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers, in compliance with applicable regulations. Collegamondo does not store or directly manage sensitive payment data.
4. Prices and Financial Terms
Service prices are indicated at the time of request or booking and may include:
- intermediation fees;
- service fees;
- any applicable ancillary charges.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes.
5. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Conditions for changes, cancellations and refunds vary depending on the type of service purchased and the terms applied by the relevant service providers.
Any refunds:
- are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, where possible;
- are subject to the technical processing times of banking circuits and payment service providers.
Collegamondo undertakes to assist customers in handling requests, within the limits of the applicable contractual conditions.
6. Liability
Collegamondo acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for:
- service disruptions attributable to third parties;
- events of force majeure;
- causes beyond the Company’s direct control.
Statutory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
7. Customer Obligations
The customer undertakes to:
- provide accurate and truthful information;
- carefully verify the data entered before confirmation;
- comply with the terms applicable to the purchased services.
Improper use of the services or the provision of incorrect information may result in the inability to provide the requested service.
8. Personal Data Processing
Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation. Full information is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Company’s website.
9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Collegamondo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall be effective from the date of publication on the website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction provided for by applicable law.
